Susanna is a lifelong learner having served as Principal and CEO of the College of Natural Health & Homeopathy in New Zealand for 22 years before having an eight-year 'sabbatical' in VIP Tourism in the Bay of Plenty. She is currently back at the CNHH as a co-director, working to continue innovating ways the college can provide education in natural therapy and homeopathy with a commitment to wellness and sustainability

Karin is the CEO of Apiculture New Zealand. She has a strong background in business communications going back 20 years, covering various roles, including senior communications and marketing positions for corporate, government, and primary sector organisations.
She brings significant primary sector experience to this role, having worked at Seafood New Zealand as its communications manager, and at the New Zealand Wool Board earlier in her career.
Karin played a strong advocacy role in both these roles, promoting these sectors on behalf of their members.

Bio:
After a very successful career in the construction industry, Lance Burdett joined the NZ police, where he spent 22 years as a top police crisis negotiator. Lance was the National Advisor for all NZ Police Negotiation Teams, qualified as an FBI Negotiator, and attended the Australian Counter-Terrorist Negotiators Course.
With his ability to deal with high-stress situations, Lance has published two bestselling books – ‘Behind The Tape: life on the police frontline’ and ‘The Dark Side of the Brain’. For the past seven years, Lance has been running his company WARN International, which specialises in workplace wellness, awareness, resilience & negotiation.
